hey , I wanna

up. I'm 14 average build. But tall. I wanna get abs :P only abs nothing else. I wanna do it from home. Anyone got a idea how how ?

Work out...

Go to a Gym. Take up martial Arts (Oh yeah, it works).

Why just abs? My abs aren't buffed, but my arms are solid. I prefer having arm muscles, at least they are useful.

I have a 4 pack, do what your doing, except get the bowflex thing. I have heard account that it really does work. Also go on a Diet, one burger can screw you up so you have to work out even harder.

Do 100 Push ups.

Get any kind of work out machine in your room.

Push-ups aren't effective for building the abs. That is for arms.

Sit-ups and Stomach Crunches.

I know but I would of though he wanted his arms to :). Also there are account of people straining their muscles periodically over a coarse of hours. Its kind of like doing a work out just push some pressure into your bottem legs for awhile. They feel tired after.

what i do every day is 30 sets of push up and 30 sets of sit ups(250 times each) along with a 2 hour jog...
