Hindu Squats, help your lower body. Legs. No use for your Abs.

I would still do them for the endurance anyway, they're excellent for the lower back, endurance and lung power. No use having a massive upper body and a tiny lower body.

Nah I was joking. To buff up it really isn't too complicated. High weight, lower repetition. Oh, and don't give up after two months because you got small results. It comes with times.

The recommended age to go to the gym is 16+. If you go at 14 you might start tearing ligaments and stuff. You're actually only meant to start doing serious working out at 18 I heard. Just do sit ups and stuff at home.

Steriods actually make u fat and r only good if u take them with a prescription and following the instructions.

Focus on your arms first since you're only 14. Just remember to start off slowly and build up from there, doing several sets of 10 reps on each arm if you're doing weights. If you can try to find a bench press to use, because they're pretty useful.
