Not too sure of the imperial form, but me and my bro bench 35KG, almost half my wieght (72KG as of this morning, at 6ft, 7% body fat and in the ideal weight range :D).

Wow, that's nothing, I know a 15 year old who benches 240, no steroids at all, he's toned as hell, and I also have a friend my age who benches 170, I also know a 19 year old who benches 300 pounds, and in high school he broke the record by benching 415 like once, he told me the site of his school, but I forgot it, seems like everyone in my school benches 120 the least, from what I've seen, oh and steroids are stupid, I know someone who takes something called 'Muscle Gain', which contains some steroids in it, he got strong.

I never encourage anyone to take steroids. You can gain strong, solid muscle the old-fashioned way. A good exercise regiment, weight training, supporting diet, lots of water, and plenty of sleep! With that, all you need is to stick to your commitments to your body. Getting in shape IS NOT easy, especially if you are not in peak health, and it only gets harder as you get older. I recommend talking with a certified health physician about a work-out plan that will best suit YOU. From there, you will gain positive, healthy results as long as you stick to it. Good luck, and drink plenty of water!
