How did you find this place and why did you join?

I found it when I was searching for SW based facts and saw some good discussions going on and well here I am :)

Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast mods. Google search led me to jk2files.com (I think that is the URL, which is now way too super long), and after a loooong time (after Jedi Academy) I somehow discovered the JK Forums which I posted on for a while, and only then I realized the FF was a whole network with other game sites and forums for those other games.

Kind of embarrassing really, considering how long it took me to figure out there WERE forums, and then a long time to find that there was more than just Star Wars forums...

This is taking me back...

I found this place by the way of Armada2Files; purchased myself a copy of Armada II, at the time was looking for hints and tips for one of the campaign modes I believe, came across the site, in addition to the new ships and the like, then onto the Armada2 Forums, and then branched out into the rest of FileFront.

Friend of mine showed me the JK Files site, a place where he got some mods for Jedi Academy from. I quickly got to the forums through that site and signed up to help some guy with the problem he had with Jedi Academy. And, ever since then, Problems, Errors and Help sections of various games have been my favorite destination. It seems I have a knack for solving problems.

I found like many of the other's here. Though a Star Wars Network site, KotOR to be precise. I though that the forums looked cool so I joined, and yes it took me a while to find my way out of the KotOR section too. :lulz:

I visited the network around the beginning of 2006 when I was searching for some modifcations. I believe it was for KotOR. Didn't figure out there were forums until the end of 2006 or so. Didn't register at the time as I thought it was unnecessary, and couldn't be bothered to do so whilst I could continue playing World of Warcraft instead.

Downloading mods on the Call of Duty network site and saw a link to a thread on the forums. Someone was wrong on the internet so I had to act!

I was a guest here on the forums since 2006 (I think), I decided to register in 2007. I found this forum via Battlefront 2 or Empire at War files.
