I emailed my mom an article on the NDAA. This was her response:

"Sounds good to me. I surely didn't understand the uproar when one of our drones killed that butt-hole of a US citizen playing nasty in Pakistan!"

:wtf:

How many people are like this? How many think "Great! I can give up that freedom as long as someone gets a missile up the ass! I love not having our bill of rights intact!"?

The fuck mom...

computernerd;5594211...what?

Pretty much this.

From the sounds of it, though, I get the impression his mother was somewhat applauding the death of a US citizen.

Yeah....that's what I got out of it too. She's since re-read it and is against it (NDAA), but still doesn't see what's wrong with killing that guy.

Have you tried asking your mum how she hasn't noticed that logic seems to be escaping her? How is it, in any shape or form, good to kill anyone? The fact your mother seems to be applauding this is somewhat concerning...

I issued my mother with the all-new Brain Implant 1.1 service and haven't looked back since!

I haven't really. She's still ignorant to most issues and finds the 'darkies' to be responsible for all of the country's problems. You're not alone there, dude!

Maybe I should....hm.

*sigh* It sucks when people are ignorant like that, especially when they're people you care about.

Imma look through JACK's man pages and try to figure something out...

Just like my dear mother. While she would never applaud the death of someone, she has no problem voicing her opinion when it comes to the topic of immigration. I showed her the video of that woman having a racist rant on the train and, rather than being shocked, she simply nodded and said she agrees with everything the woman said. It's nice to know I come from a loving, respectful family.

Tell me about it. I'm dreading Christmas day; my parents AND grandparents in the same room together is like being witness to a neo-Nazi convention.
