...because I often end up disappointing myself and/or lashing out at anyone and anything nearby. Including people and routers. Considering I smashed one today because of my connection being so unstable. I think anger management lessons are due.

Especially considering the host servers are in Texas or Pennsylvania IIRC.

And the router has been duct-taped to functionality. Until my next destructive rampage. Maybe a punching bag or somesuch will do the trick.

Nah, punching bags make things worse. Need to check out lifehack.com

They have some really nice articles about day managing and actually measuring happiness as well as how to improve on certain things (even if it's just small stuff).
