briankory;4025013Now this took off a bit I must add that it was manly TO CRY back say 1800's because it showed you were man enough to show your feelings without shame.

I assume you don't want to share your source on this? "back say 1800's" without even defining what culture you are talking about doesn't sound very convincing...

Yes, I don't think anyone here was living in the 1800s...

Anyway, I understand how TV stinks today in many ways, with reality TV. Something about it makes me very disturbed...

But there are good things... As Wiener pointed out, Heroes, Battlestar Galactica, etc. I really don't find any entertainment whatsoever in reality TV though... I mean, some things I can at least see why other people could like it, but reality TV is just so bland... so lame... no meaning... no story...

Of course you can say whatever you want, be it true or not, but don't expect us to believe your oddest ideas without proof or a credible source.

briankory;4025376ineed a source for everything, I do have the righ to know somethings...Believe me or not[/QUOTE] You have the right to "know" whatever you want. If you wanna claim something that's a whole other matter, as you seem to claim all kinds of stuff without scientific proof or citations, and what you say will usually be discarded as unsound and just useless blabber in an attempt to prove your case [which is rendered invalid due to a non-credible source].

When making claims that is not "common knowledge", you should always cite a source. If you deem something as "common knowledge", you should still be prepared to cite a source if it's asked for.

Of course, you don't have to, but that probably means you just made it up.

Exactly.
