Cohen said in the suit that she bought the game in late 2004 for her grandson when it was rated "M" for mature, for players 17 and older. According to the suit, she directed that it be taken away from her grandson, which was done.
The game was released in October with an "M" rating. After a storm of negative publicity about the hidden scenes, the Entertainment Software Ratings Board, an industry group responsible for rating games, changed the rating to "AO" for adults only.

oh god...more whiney soccer moms. People need to grow up, quit whining about every stupid little thing that might "Hurt my little goodie boy kid" Pitiful society we live in for mothers to throw this much concern at such petty things as a video game.
God, it's so stupid. It's pixel sex. It's not like I whack off to it. On top of that, you would have to know some advanced PC stuff in order to get in to it. Mack
lol She got a Mature rated game which is meant for 17 year olds and over for her 14 year old grandson? ......Muppet. What is it in America? Is a child seeing virtual porn worse than the child killing hundreds of virtual people?
I dont understand what the big deal is, the internet has real porn, but you have to search for it, just like you have to install a mod to get the fake porn in SA. Does the internet get an AO rating?

No, but that's why there are parental controls. The only problem is the parents don't give a sh!t or don't know how to work a computer.
The soccer moms/evangelicals/politicians get their grubby hands on everything and fuck it up!
Zab, we may need to incite a coup. Mack
I can't see how seeing nude pixels would "hurt" an adolescent of 14 years old. Chances are that he saw some nude boobs already on some pic he's seen somewere. He's eager to see more (like most kids) and repressing this desire will probably hurt him more in the future than help him.

Thats what I dont understand. Its not like the sex scene is part of the storyline, its a damn easter egg. You gotta go look for it.
Besides I bet anyone whos played GTASA has seen actual sex videos on the internet already, a pixelated one will just be another one.
EDIT: I just did some research. The sex scene isnt even part of the main game! Its a mod!
""Hackers created the modification by disassembling and then combining, recompiling and altering the game's source code," the statement explains"
So you have to go looking for it.
If your old enough to play GTA you are old enough to see pixelated sex. Plus the quality is friggin terrible, its all clipping and everything. You might as well just listen to radio sex.
