Something horrible happend to my 13 year old brother last week... He was in the emergency room for 4 days with stitches. What does this have to do with microsoft you ask?... My crappy Xbox broke (hardware failurez) so we decided to throw it off the top of a 12 story building. As it was falling my brother decided to move right under it... BLAM! it split his head wide open. Microsoft? More like MicroHARD!
and guess who's fault it is? No, not Microsoft, not plastic in general, but you because you chose to drop a piece of broken hardware off a building top (supposedly) and then when it lands on someone, in this case your brother (supposedly, you think it's the company's fault for making it too hard? Of course it's doing to do damage, as it descends it gets closer to the ground which increases gravity slighty creating acceleration until it reaches it's terminal velocity and by that point is a hulking piece of metal and plastic hurtling towards the ground and whoever is on top of said ground.
Chemix2supposedly, you think it's the company's fault for making it too hard?
Yes i do, they could have used some pillows for its case. But nooo they had to use plastic and metal.

I'm absolutely positive that Microsoft didn't tell your brother to step under the machine as it was falling. For that matter I'm also certain that Microsoft didn't tell you to throw the machine off the top of a 12 story building. Odd then how MS is to blame. :n0e:
-Edit- I don't believe this is the kind of discussion that belongs in The Pub. Moved to General Discussion.
Didn't you think something might happen if you throw it off a 12 story building? Maybe there people below? Maybe it could hit something? No?

Yes, your great idea of throwing heavy metal and plastic object from tall buildings happened....
I'm way cooler than n0e (who isn't though?)

Rofl. You actually dropped it off a roof? Idiot. Would've been better off getting it repaired.. then you'd still have something to do with your time eh? Other than reflect on your stupidity?
No. It isn't Microsoft's fault, it's yours. I'd love to see a Customer Service Employee's response to your complaint though.
Huh, are there people around here that actually believe he did it ? That's way too stupid to be true ... in addition I think his brother would be dead if he had been hit on the head by an xbox falling from 12 ( !! ) floors ...
