I ever thought that if there is a warpcore breach or simply a selfdestruct the ship detonates with a big explotion !!! I mean the ships, which are less than 300 m away from the detonating ship should get some damage !!! Can someone do a mod for that ? or is there a mod ?

Theres a mod called NanoFX that adds this. Amongst other stuff, like more realistic damage. If it was set to 300km, then no ship would survive, cos there is not ship in or available for BC that could vacate the area that fast.

ThereĀ“s one "stupid" thing with it also. I think its good that its movie-realistic like that, warp-core breach = huge blast. I like cannon.

But with lets say you have a quickbattle with 10 ships and you blow destroy one by hammering its warpcore. When it blows up all ships are destroyed immediatly. Its like this on some ships, not all. And frankly it sucks despite the fact that I like that its there.

I know its possible to change some values on the ships warpcore to reduce the damage it does after a warpcore-breach but still...I aint happy having to do that on all ships I have, wich is about 50+. I have done that on some ships I play with often so that it causes some damage after destruction and not destroys everything around it.
