Cumulus clouds the word Cumulus comes from the Latin language it means heap of pile. Cumulus clouds are white, puffy clouds that look like pieces of floating cotton. Cumulus clouds are often called "fair-weather clouds". The base of each cloud is flat and the top of each cloud has rounded towers. When the top of the cumulus clouds resemble the head of a cauliflower, it is called cumulus congestus or towering cumulus. These clouds grow upward and they can develop into giant cumulonimbus clouds, which are thunderstorm clouds. Cumulus Clouds normally form when warm moist air is forced to move upwards. As the air rises it is cooled down. If the air is cooled below its dew point temperature condensation will occur. cumulus-clouds-big.jpg

What do you think of my essay

Might want to work on your spelling and punctuation, i edited the paragraph for you, at least, as much as i am going to do...i don't feel like being an editing nazi right now.

For an essay, its really short. Although its hard to write an essay explaining about what cumulus clouds are, you can definetly find enough information on the web, just be sure to change them into your own words.

Like Donutz said... Bit short, but that depends in what class you are in.
