headhunter #1I am going to join the army next year and I need to get in shape for it (I've always been a thin scrawny guy). Does anyone know of a good online Weight training routine? I would be most greatful for the help, thanks.
Well this is what i do a day. 15 lbs weight( both arms) fifty pumps a day. Push ups 100( if you think you can do that many without stopping) if not then start out with 30 and after a week you should be able to do 50 and so on. sit ups 50 ( these are really tiring so i suggest you only do 25 to start off.) That should do and do these for about two to four weeks and you should notice a diffrence in your stomach and your biceps keep doing this, till you get average biceps for a muscle man, and every like week add on like 20 more pumps with the weight or 20 with push ups and sit ups.
