And they blame Russia. Mystery as spiral blue light display hovers above Norway | Mail Online
Whether it was natural, or it was a missile, it must been an interesting experience.

Maybe a new weapon being tested. Strange sh't happens in the Southwest of the US in the night sky, I'm sure the presences of several top secret military installations have something to do with it, even though denial is the official stamp.

In the video it really looks like an out of control missile at first. The "explosion" at the end looks rather weird though.

That spiral is rather ominous. Why would a Russian missile spiral like that?

Oh that's definitely swamp gas. Or maybe a weather balloon. Nothing to see here, move along!!
But yeah it looks to be a russian rocket. A country's military doesn't want to admit that one of their tests didn't work. How unusual!! :P

I think it is some hostile aliens of demons, trying to travel through a wormhole from another dimension. Ahem. ;)

It could be damaged. Missiles are often spin-stabilized, so they roate rather quickly. If you have a small fuel leak which acts as side-ways mini-propulsion the result is a missile spiralling out of control - either until aerodynamic forces rip it apart or until it self-destructs.
I also remember reading at some point that Russians were trying to build missiles that spiral in order to make interdiction more difficult, not sure if something like this is realistic though.
I didn't make it!
That really dosn't look like a spiraling missile to me. It's seems very controlled to me. And the second video is just weird. Do we have any members in Norway that saw this?
