DarthSporkynaw...no kid would do that...everyone knows who their parents are...

Wrong, as a kid i nnce walked up to a stranger too, thinking it was my mom (same hair, cloths etc.) but when i saw that she carried an other kind of bag i realised that it wasn't my mom. To recognize some onces back (especially at a youong age) isn't that easy, you (as a kid) can easilly mistake some one for some one else if you can only see their back.

I never had that problem. When I was 9 or so I tended to be running away from my parents rather than running towards them :p

No, I am talking about people from Venice who were abducted and genetically altered to become an alien. The alien abductors just so happen to come from Venus. I am so glad GF is relatively tolerable of my ramblings.

No, at seven years of age my mom let me bike ride wherever I wanted as long as I was home before sunset. I have always had a really good sense of direction. I explored my city and knew more about its little passages and mapped out the drainage system (Wasa lot of fun, though a bit dark). Basically I knew my city for a radius of ten miles better than any of the seniors who had lived there all their lives.

So it is only certain nine year olds. :)
