With the various things she has done, she has no money issues. It isn't burning a hole either. She has had money her entire life. So it doesn't burn a hole, it is always there. she can spend till the day never never land becomes real.

jillCan't she just claim that she is not smart enough to know what is going on around her?

It doesn't work for the members here, why should it work for Paris Hilton ...LOL

Thank God she's going back the jail.

That brat thinks she can get away with anything.

I have no sympathies for her. In fact, I believe she’s getting exactly what she should. A friend of mine did 14 days in jail for driving on a suspended license. My friend wasn’t on probation for a previous crime, just had a suspended license from very old parking/speeding tickets. Now Paris, had a DUI charge involving an accident, that she pled down too a reckless driving charge, then later, she got caught driving on a suspended license and got away just signing apiece of paper, and then later yet, she did it again. All the while, she was on probation for the original reckless driving charge, which carriers a max of one year in jail, but the judge saw fit to give her only 45 days suspended provided she didn’t break probation. Her doing 45 days, is perfectly fine with me, I hope she remembers every minute of it. Hell, she had more second chance then many of us would get. The icing on the cake was how she was even late to court on that last time. Talk about asking for it or what,…

I agree – I can’t believe she cried for her “mommy” in the courtroom. Sad, but she is her mother’s daughter. Defiantly a black eye on the judicial system, much like the O.J. scenario a few years back. If you have the money you can walk. I’m just glad the judge and prosecutor in the case don’t give a damn about their Hollywood careers and are making her do the time just like anyone else.

The O.J. thing was a whole different thing. One thing was they were scared of more Riots again as the LA ones werent that long before.. but dont get me started on him, the murdering bas*ard! A 'black' mark in U.S. history that is!
