(im unsure where to post this thread, it doesnt really suit the garage)

Anyways, im currently working towards my JAA-PPL. And i am then going on to a Light Commercial Pilots liscense, so i can most probably start my own company. Do any members have JAA-PPL liscenses or even a commercial liscense? Im interested if anyone has any knowledge and tips about flying... Yes i know Number 1) Dont hit ground ;) lol

I am also looking at aircraft, does anyone have a plane, or recommend a plane?

Im currently looking to spend at max 75k on my first Prop aircraft. I'm looking for twin engines. I like Piper PA34-200T Seneca II

So... can anyone help etc??? :D cheers, and have a good valentines day, I will hopefully ;)

Also if anyone wants information or tips on flying just ask and i will answer as much as possible, i am quite an expirenced JAA-PPL pilot. i have done around 45hrs so far.. doesnt sound much but its alot! 5 of which are solo. And by the end of this week im hoping to have 7-10 hrs solo and another 10hrs on my total flytime!!!

I'd like to learn how to fly a plane. The problem is that it's rather expensive over here and I don't really fancy those gliders.

They have had an aircraft carrier on eBay, so why not a plane? Just go to eBay Motors. As for a plane, I would recomend an older Cessna of any type, they are cheap now. But if you want something more "advanced" try a Beechcraft, or a Cessna 400 series. I am an ameture pilot myself, and I can fly a little. It's really fun. And it's worth it, honest to god. But yes, Cessna is a good starter plane. Unless you want a Piper Cub. :p

Dr.FritzProbably that one Gaunty.

I can promise you this: The Baku/Admiral Gorshkov were not sold to the Indian Navy to be in operational service by 2008 via eBay...

It will be refitted with an regular fixed wing ability, removing the old missile launchers in the bow, and adding a flight deck with a ski jump. They will operate the MiG-29 Fulcrum-D from it. It will be named something like INS Vikramadity.

REGULAR SERVICE LIFE IN THE RUSSIAN NAVY FROM 1987 to 1996: ru_kiev_line1.gif MODIFICATION, ETA LATE 2008: vikramaditya-line.gif

As you see it looks like a much smaller version of the Russian/Chinese Kuznetsov/Varyag.

And it wasn't sold on eBay. The carrier on eBay were most likely an old Aussie carrier or something.
