46 and 2, are just ahead of me
23rd September 2004
As the title says post the top places you would like to visit and explain why. For me: 1. Japan: Well, let's see...its far away and probably not many people form Florida get to go, i would like to see a different culture and language environment. I'd like to see the rural areas as well, and maybe buy a Nissan Skyline while over there. 2. New Zealand: I've always liked the pictues of New Zealand, and it looks like an interesting, clean country that would have alot of sights to see. 3. Iceland: I've always wanted to go to Iceland. For one it has that thing where the sun never sets in the summer, or something like that, and that would be cool to experience. Not to mention its one of the cleanest countries in the world, and their water is very good tasting there. 4. Le Mans, France: I've always wanted to do a kind of trip with two auto races. My parents took one almost like it but missed both the Le Mans 24 hours and the Austrian F1 Grand Prix. I'd like to take the same trip but go to Le Mans to watch the 24 hours of Le Mans, or 24 Heures du Mans. Then go to Austria and watch the Austrian Grand Prix.
I'm way cooler than n0e (who isn't though?)

1, egypt - always wanted to see the pyramids 2.cambodia - to see the angkor temples
1) SPAIN!!! I've always wanted to go to Spain, which I could do through my school . . . if I wanted to give them 2000 dollars instead of putting that toward my collage fund :p
I'm in Spanish IV and I've heard some really interesting things about the exhibits there and such.
2) Japan, see all the stuff my counsin is always talking about
3) England, another trip I could take through my school, always wanted to go there for some reason, not sure why :clueless:
Because I'm in England. That's the reason, right?
Greenland, England, Australia, and New Zealand. :)
AzHBecause I'm in England. That's the reason, right?
yes, absolutely ;)
Maybe that I've wanted to see something that is so similar to america, and yet, absolutely different with much more history and tradition than here. We've got McDonalds here . . . that's about it . . . .
And yet, I've never ventured outside of the midwest :bawl:
If you're looking for history, you can't go far wrong with England. There are buildings in my hometown which are older than America.
The Great Plains/Tornado Alley in the spring or at the right time. Hopefully, in a few years or even less, that will become a reality.
Rio de Janeiro,Oslo, St.Petersburg, Osaka and Tokyo and several places in the US.
Wanna go Double Dutch?
9th December 2003
In no specific order: 1) UK (england & scotland) never been to the UK and since (disregarding the small pont in between us( is a neigbouring country i "must" atleast visit it one time. The weather is just as bad as the Dutch wether, the buildings jsut as old but never the less it has a nice history and that among other things makes it worth visiting. I still might go to London this very summer, still have to talk with my mates about that though. 2) Sweden and Norway: Never been to scandinvia either and the nature is damn sexy there so. Besides i need to see "all" of europe. 3) Russia (st Petersbourg and Moscow). Well after all it is also part of Europe, and both St Petersbourg and Moscow are very nice cities, especially st. Petersbourg has very hot architecture. And who know? I might pay Mihail a vist ;) 4) USA: Just to experience the culture differences between two western countries myself, enjoy my time. Not much hisotry wise to see there obviously but NY etc. still have many sights you "must" see. 5) Canada: Heard nature is also very pretty there 6) New Zealand: a miniature world, it offers many different types of nature and its still pretty much left in tact and very beatiful, a must see. 7) Japan: see the eastern culture in Tokyo etc. 8) Indonisia: once more to see the eastern culture and i'm 1/16 indonisian so i need to go there atleast once. :p PS: I have been to Germany, Denmark, Poland, Chech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain (+ Canarian Islands), Portugal, Greece, France, Belgium and Luxembourg in the past years.
