I was hoping to get an answer from someone who knows something or two about prisons and their rehab/or whats that word you use for convicts who want to turn over a new leaf.
So when prisoners go for these constructive courses/education IN the prisons, do the prisons hire outside services or teachers/lecturers to come in and provide the knowledge? Or are these services like FOC or binded by a contract.
Main point I want to know is, whether or not these services are paid by the prisons to teach the convicts...
I Believe in most cases the education courses are done by mail and the curriculum is mailed in to the inmates, I also tend to believe that if they would bring in a teacher that they'd already be apart of the states pay roll.
I didn't make it!
If I where you, I would go to your Social Services, and ask about it, they don't charge you anything for asking.
Thanks for the help guys, my went ahead to incorporate the idea. Besides, its only just a grade on how well the idea is, not realizing the business for real.
