If any of you care, I'm going on a road trip on wednesday, I'll be leaving sometime in the morning so I probably won't be seeing you guys. I'm going to be going down to texas to meet up with my grandfathers old navy buddies, then swing westard and go into california to see my sister's new son (my nephhew... that's right uncle spiffy), then I'll probably be heading up northeast into idaho and such. There is a chance that I might end up in Alaska, but I doubt it. Anywho, I'll be taking pictures and such, and hopefully be posting them and making updates. I might not be able to because my grandfather is still contemplating on buying a laptop or not. If he gets one I'll probably post back regularly and keep you updated of where I am at, and hopefully post some pictures of the "west coast *scenery*" for you fellas on the forum. If he doesn't get the laptop, you probably won't have any contact with me until the end of june. I'm hoping like hell he gets it, but you never know. Anyhow I hope you guys have a wonderful month of June, and I'll be packing up tomarrow, so I might hop on before I go to bed. Well... So long and farewell for a month, and happy posting. Mods, if this doesn't belong here please move it.
I'm too cool to Post

It is fine. Farewell and have a safe trip! :cya:
And, if you do make it to Alaska, if you would/can, capture an iceberg (on camera, that is).

Man, I've always wanted to go on a road trip like that. Have fun, it should be interesting. Where in Texas are you going?
I need to get closer..

Keep a journal of events anyway, pen and paper rocks. It's always fun to look back on what you did. :)
Yeah, I'm going to San Antonio... Probably stop by and see the Alamo and river walk. Should be a pretty cool trip... As to the laptop deal, he doesn't see any use for it as he would pay $1,000 to use a computer for about a month, and that'd probably be the only real time he'd use it. Anyways, I'll be taking lots of pictures such as of the Alamo, river walk, grand canyon, ocean, west coast ladies, my nephew, my dog (she's with my sister and brother in law), and other views we see along the way. If we do, by any chance, make it to Alaska I'll be taking tons of pictures because I've never been to Canada and such, even though I lived right along the border (North Dakota) for most of my life... Well there isn't much else to say, of course that I will miss the beloved forum for a month. Anyways, I'll be here all of today as I did all of my packing last night.

Sounds fun! So have fun!
Hmm... Interesting... I'm searching for GPS's to take along because I'm rather bad at maps, and I've found one that will play MP3's. Anyhow I will Sporky and I'll make sure I get some of those west coast ladies for you. :) When I get back I'll post in this forum so if people don't post in here I'll violate that 20 day rule or something. Ok, I'm going to need help from you guys. I need to know of some sites along the way from Kansas City, Missouri to San Antonio, Texas and about 20-30 miles off of the course either way, I'm making a list of all the places to stop at along my journey and I can't think of many places to stop. I'm wanting pretty much all of the sites to see for my journey, from missouri to texas, from texas to california, and from california to the rest of the west coast to the norther borders. If you guys could help that'd be great. Ok, sorry for the triple post, but I'm heading off to bed. This'll be my last post for a month or so and I wanted to say farewell gaming forums, I shall return.
