ScOrPY;3373888When I was at school I liked going to there to have fun with friends but I hated it for the amount of work at home required. Though it does set you up for University.
I hear yah, I despised home work, even during my college days, often hammering out that term paper due the following day at 2 in the morning. It's amazing how inspirational one can get after 32 cans of Mountain Dew.
mine sucked, but now i have homeschooling so it dont bother me anymore, but when i was in, it was horrible, the fact that most of the people there where pricks, the food was prison food, seriously, my mom worked at the jail over here and they got the same we did..lol

Nowadays, kids are taking Aderol to get papers done. I tried it once and I wrote a 5 page paper in seriously, like 20 minutes. It was amazing. All I could focus on was the laptop and what I was writing.
Now, it's all about taking Redline....keeps you jacked until the wee-morning hours when that paper is due.

yeah, and they can't figure out why students are irritable when the rats won't even touch the stuff...
I didn't make it!
Does the poll include the life that goes along with said school? College rocks, if you leave out the classes...
Well I'm in High school and I have to say my school is fucking terrible. It has so many childish rules (probably because it's a private school), lots of immature retards which I just can't stand. And non stop praying (I know it's a Christian school but come on). Thank god I only have two weeks left and I leave to go to college. I can't wait to go back to a public school.
Zab;3373838If you're one of those kids who is trying to escape highschool, you'll probably have the same experience in college, not that great. Remember, you've got to be outgoing---if you dont have that, then learn to. I fucking loved highschool, and college has only been even better. Parties from thursday to saturday---plenty of fine ass everywhere, one-night stands(who needs a girlfriend when there are too many everywhere), going to class hungover, lifting everyday. It's great. School is my new friend.
Ahah! I agree with that, and I'll drink to it. Unfortunately we are hard-pressed for girls (that meet my often called "too high" standards) here on the east coast. But it's all good.
I'm not at all modest about how much my high school hauls @ss. There's such a diverse student base. And this base isn't your stereotypical group of high school students.
-There are all major and a lot of more minor sports, however the emphasis is certainly on academics (not to say though that we don't win state championships in a number of our sports). -The number of diverse electives is pretty wild (Virtual/Small business, Animation, Graphic Design, Photo; Three Levels of Dance, Drama, Choir, and Band; Wood shop, Drafting, Architecture, Computer Repair, Stage Crew, Television Production, and that's less than half of them). -The high level academics (honors and AP classes) are free of idiots, and are designed for people who want to learn. -When the high school principal was demoted three years ago (who had been with the district for 30 years, and was extremely well favored by the students, parents, and faculty), the community rose up against the superintendent, had him fired, and then replaced half of the school board who had hired the superintendent.
My school district has the plus of having high test scores, but not having a high annual family income, thereby creating tons of very intelligent, humble people.
I went to a school in south africa. TERRIBLE.
Our educationall system it up to cr@p. the exams are there to catch us out and not to see what we've learnt. quite a bit of corruption going on. papers leaking out, questions going around. I HATED school. it sucked. i never wanted to be one of those people who's best years of their life was in school. I'm out of school and having an AWESOME time. school suck!
