Sorry, but I didn't really catch much of that. But... having said that, I think I managed to grasp what you were trying to say. My advice would be to cut out (or cut down on) the gaming. Sleep is much more important to your everyday life than gaming is, despite how much you want to play them.

No, what you've got in terms of sleeping is largely what you're going to get. There are cases of people whose sleep patterns are disturbed by poorly made beds etc but you don't sound like one of them. You can take sleeping drugs but they tend to disrupt the body's natural sleep cycle which is counterproductive for most people so you probably wouldn't become better wrested from them, in any case developing a dependency on such things is never a smart choice. If you don't want to be so tired in the morning then go to bed earlier or get up later.

I actually have found melatonin pills to be rather effective, and not addictive in the slightest. I pull all-nighters occasionally, as well as get random bouts of insomnia, so my sleep cycle gets jostled around a ton, and melatonin always puts it right back on track within a few days. It puts me to sleep quite easily, without making me feel like I'm exhausted.

And since it's a natural hormone, it's not something nasty you're putting in your body.

Anyway, back to the OP's post. You should just cut back on gaming. It's really not that important, it'll always be there the next day.

Caffeine. Actually I'll be real honest, once in a while whenever you die/lose/get nuked, try to get off the chair and do like 10-20 push ups and walk inside the house for a minute. Alot of it i sjust getting tired from being in the same position for so many hours.

edit: and as others said cut back on gaming..I just cancelled my EVE Online subscription :'( its so tempting to resubscribe right now....
