This joker certainly isn't on the same level as the one mentioned in the other thread, but after viewing that thread I decided to google, "why does public school suck," and I came across this on yahoo answers:

Why does High School suck so much? - Yahoo! Answers

Honestly, if I worked at that school, I would have that "teacher" fired for being extremely unprofessional. I don't care if it is on Yahoo! or if it is your honest opinion, that's no way for a "teacher" to act towards a student.

EDIT: And just to answer your question, yes, I have no life >________>

I think they be trolling. How do you pose a thing like that to anonymous strangers and not expect to get trolled?

So that's why you're harrying me about my finally wanting to purchase a nice set of specialty screwdrivers. XD

That page smells of trolling.

Even if the guy actually is a teacher, I don't think he should be fired for something he said on the internet, outside of school grounds, to someone who very likely isn't even in the same town as him. While on school grounds, teachers should behave professionally. While away from school grounds, how they behave is their business.

:agreed

I mean honestly. Who in their right mind would pick that as the top answer after posting an emotional question? :cort:

It's trolling. The only teachers who would respond like that are gym teachers or shop teachers, and I don't think I've ever heard a teacher who would be as insulting as they are in the first sentences to end their comment with "you fool". It's just not how they speak/write.

I can think of a couple of teachers I wouldn't be surprised to have heard saying that sort of thing.

Fire them for it? Well, they're making the company look bad. If you want to think of it that way. And generally if you go to work for someone you sign something saying you won't screw that company over like that. They decided to bring up the point that they were a teacher, at which point firing them became fair game - as I see it. If you'd had to go out of your way to find out that sort of stuff, then yes it would be a bit much to fire them.

Though all things being equal I suspect it's just a troll.

My grade 8 math/science teacher called me a fool, and some other horrible things. :(

I was suggesting more that someone who responded in the pattern used by that post would be unlikely to end with "you fool". It didn't seem natural.
