Is anyone interested in working on a team for this mod idea I have? The first part, the one I have in mind right now, is a continuation of the Maelstrom missions. You've been reassigned to the USS Challenger (a Galaxy-X-class dreadnought) from Black Fleet, where you get to command some of Black Fleet's advanced, powerful, and strong vessels such as the the "Black" updates of the Sovereign, Akira, Intrepid, and other vessels (and hopefully Prometheus, which will hopefully soon get released one way or another).

Legate Matan may be dead, but the House of Artrius is still at large. You find out that it's not over yet. The Kessok are now good guys and you will run into them occasionally, as the House of Artrius is attempting an overthrow of the rest of the Cardassian government, with some of the Kessok technology they "stole" from the Kessok. (yes, more Hybrids). It's time to put the House of Artrius out of business, this time, FOR GOOD!!!

I've already started working on trying to program the first mission in the first episode, known as "Resurgence," where you are introduced to the Challenger.

Cameo apprearances from the Cheyenne, New Orleans, Miranda, Steamrunner, Sabre, and Olympic-class vessels should appear too.

Nice idea. But the Galaxy-X is from another reality, it shouldn't be a part of the sequel. Old good Sovereign can do the trick nicely, after all she's still the most advanced ship in the fleet.

I'm tying this in with my "Star Trek: Olympus" stories, which use the Galaxy-X-class starship. I know it's mainly from another reality, but this is Science Fiction, you can do whatever you want here. Besides, the Galaxy-X is my favorite starship in the Trek universe so far. That's why I want it to be the "star of this show."

Yes, you can do whatever you want, but the results could be terrible. :uhoh: The Galaxy-X is not only from another reality, but also 20 years or so in the future. It should not even exist! Besides, it's too powerful for the current date technology. Anyway, I will play your mission if you ever make it. :D

Well, I can't do this project all by myself, I need others to do it. Besides, people usually program in teams in the real world.

I think its a great idea to contiune on with new BC stories.. but your idea bares little relation to what actually happens in the star trek universe.

Apart from the already mentioned Galaxy-X dreadnaught being from a different reality 20yrs later. The whole kinda basis of the Federations been forgotten; peace, exploration etc etc. Have you actually ever watched the television series before?!

I know i'm sounding harsh, but there are sooooo many mods being posted which are completely unbeleiveable.

so bascially all i'm saying is... how about trying a little research?
