Wikipedia is one of the best websites on the internet, you just have to know how to read it.

Indeed. But it's one of the reason why people are confusing knowledge with information.

And yet it works, anyone can alter things, provided they can be bothered, but there's almost always a group of members who set things to rights almost immediately.

Wikipedia is great. I always use it, it has everything. I mainly use it to look up bands.

Oh, man. I actually visited the site, like, 10 minutes after that episode aired. The African Elephant's page was already vandalized. The next day, both the article on the elephants and the one on his show had been locked. I can't wait to see what he says about this on his show.

He is totally full of bullshit...

Wikipedia is pretty much always at least 90% correct, there are more people who want wikipedia to be correct than the fags who change it, and the problems are sorted out within a day at the most.

I actually visited the site, like, 10 minutes after that episode aired. The African Elephant's page was already vandalized. The next day, both the article on the elephants and the one on his show had been locked.

So in short, he got owned. His pathetic attempt to be cool by destroying a source of information, was totally stopped within a day.
