yah, predictive texting is useful and it lessens the time wherein you don't have to tap lots of keys before you get the word you want.. I didn't know that I can even add Url's on it. I found it here in the T9 tutorial. http://www.t9.com/learn
I've never used text messaging. I'm trying to keep myself from becoming completely wired. I'm proud of the fact i haven't had to start using a cell phone yet. I imagine as time goes by im eventually going to have to break down and get one. I think im going to wait until a few generations of the iphones come out. Try and get me a phone with everything i can possibly get built in. But, uh yea instant messanger is about the closed thing i get to texting anything.
Now, this is what always gets me. You own a cellular phone correct? Now what is the point of having a cell phone if all you are going to do is text on it. I really see no point. My two cents.
I use that Motorala stuff, hate it since it aint got a danish dictionary

I hate Mobile Phones, Or Cell Phones, whatever you want to call them. But i do have one, but never use it:rolleyes: . I Especially Hate Text Messages with a Passion:mad:
I may get a cell phone if I can get a good deal on service($25 or less per month) My mom has a cell phone, but it is rarely used, even though we get 500 minutes per month.
I can see the advantages to text messaging along with the bad parts. I perfer to hear a voice more than look at a bunch of text.
Lord Wiener;3319989look at the original N-Gage. It was only secondarily a phone, that thing was awkward to hold.
I usually send text messages when I know that person is hard to reach during the day due to lectures or their work, or if I need to send an important info during school to avoid being called in the middle of class.
T9 ftw, but I've had to teach it so many new words :p
My phone is a bit more useful than the N-Gage.
Full QWERTY keyboard, AIM, MSN, and Yahoo IM built in, along with email and internet :) $20 a month for unlimited email, internet and IM. I don't even have AIM on my comp anymore, lmao.

You really have a great phone...well we have our personal choices. :)
I don't like text messaging. For one reason, I have an old phone..for the second, its horrible to have a limit on wordcount...not to mention having to press the damn buttons all the time...I preffer if people call me...
Like text message, it saves time and money sometimes:smokin:
