I have made some new textres for the borg cube that are the same format and size. The files are > > >

cube.bmp 512x512 cube._glow.tga

I replaced the files that came with cube pack 1.0 with my own but then i tested them out and the cubes texture was just a white-grayish color and the game lagged as hell. The textures I´ve made are movie-like(from voyager), just way better then those that came with cube pack 1.0.

If you know how I can fix it so that it uses my own textures please help me...

the original texture was a bmp format

How could that be????????? BC only uses .tga files. convert it to .tga and i'm sure it will work.

The model is also targeted to the file name. That's hardcoded in the nif file. So if you change the name of any texturte, the game will think it's missing. This can only be fixed during conversion to nif. (In other words, you can't do it)

It also needs to be mapped the same. If it's not, it will appear funny anyways.
