I've got a model of an Olympus-class Corvette Mk III that I found online somewhere, that was in lightwave format. It came with two texture files, both of them hull plating, in two different hues. I converted the model to MAX, and this is what it looked like.

Looks good, right? I thought so too. So I went ahead and exported the model as a NIF, and run it thru the MPE to start hardpointing, and I get this...

What happened? Where'd all the other textures go? How can I export the model with these textures intact?

In addition to the above, I have taken a screenshot of the vessel in game, and found something interesting.. The white patches that are seen in the MPE are gone, but at the same time, so are all the details that were whited out. IE, sensor antenna, turrets, thrust direction fins, etc.

Well, here's an image of the ship as it looks in the program I use to convert the model from lwo to 3DS. All the textures are there, and they're there in Max, but as soon as I export it to a NIF file, hull textures are still there, but little details (Such as the blue hatch coveres and the likes) are gone. Also, major parts of the model (Such as the turrets and engine fins) are gone as well. Help.
