The cream of the crop

Well, who's getting it?
I've had mine preordered for some god awful ammount of time, and I can't wait until I lay my hands on that baby. For me, it's sad too. I can't believe the series will be over and there won't be another book to look forward to. No more mystery or guessing about the next installment. Pretty much all my friends have played guesswork with every book to try and crack the next book, and it's always been fun and been a thing to look to in the always promising future.
Whenever I was down or had read all the reading material to hand, I went back to one of the books and never thought, "Damn, getting tired of this". It has always kept me going through the rough patches in my life and kept my mind off of less than pleasing things, and now it's going to end and we will know the whole story. It's hard for me to believe it, and I wish there was just *one more*, but alas, there won't be. Maybe a followup, but it won't be the same. Never is.
I can recall getting excited for each book, and dedicating my every waking moment to finishing. All those sleepless nights and days of reading were worth it and I'm going to miss them. Yeah, there will be other books, other authors, but it will never be the same. In a way, I grew up reading Harry Potter and can pin point where I was in each part of my life when I read the next one.
Hopefully all of you guys will enjoy it. I know I will. The series got me into reading and I'll always be grateful for that since I never read any book unless I could help it.
I wish I could thank J.K. Rowling for all the times her books brought a bright light into my future and made me so happy and entertained when my life wasn't doing well.
Sorry for the rant, just felt like I had to say something. Though it's a lot more from me than normal, it feels good to let it out.
Bleah..I never like Harry Potter
I'm not the sort that would preorder it really far ahead of time, but I do like the series a lot and will certainly get it. They are undeniably well written and exciting, even though there are things I don't like about it.
And I somehow don't think this could really be the last one. But who knows?
I saw one of the movies on a cable channel, and honestly it was pretty fucked up [really scary, unprepared for it]. I saw the part [I forgot the movie name] where the kids were chasing the wolf and it went into the hole and it was all angry and wanted to kill them. I thought the HP series was just broomstick flying and casting spells at trees and stuff. Will there be a movie for the last book, do you think?
The last Harry Potter book?
Don't say I didn't use the spoiler tags, haha.
