I'd work for Bethesda, they seem to actually give a shit about the games they make as well as the people who play them.

True that, very maticulous and they take their time, you don't see them rushing titles out eager for the $$$$. When was the last time they made a bad game (takes tongue out of Bethesda's bum)

Well compared to top publishers, Bethseda are saints under Valve.

Comparing the amount of "bad" things Bethseda has done vs other major publishers, they're second to Valve in PR and lack of publisher bullshit they pull (e.g. online passes, draconian DRM, heavy after-sale product control, etc.).

While Bethesda still make painstakingly detailed games, and seem to be one of the few 'gamers making games' style developers out there (I no longer count Valve; they haven't really developed anything of their own for years now, except for a glorified online store), I wouldn't say that the colossal amount of bugs their games have always suffered from (and Skyrim is no exception) demonstrate a commitment to quality or a resistance to rushed development cycles.
