If any, what do you do to keep in shape (sports, running, going to the gym etc)?
I've been going the gym 3 times a week for about 3 years now. I've only been training strength so needless to say I can't run for shite. When I found out that I would join the army about a month ago I decided to change that, so now I cycle 10km's in the begining of every pass. I set it at 50/100 2 mins intervals, that means that the cycle will go on 50% resistance for 2 mins then 100% resistance for 2 mins then return to 50% and so on. It's pretty damn strenuous I tell ya! I can already feel that my "condition" (if that's the right word for it) is better :). I've lost like 3kg, too. When the weather will allow it I will start to run outside.
So, what do you do?
You can either agree with meor be wrong.

I quit smoking to keep in shape! :D
I do crutches every day.
I just eat healthy for the most part and I go for walks alot...
I don't really do much, at least not on purpose. I do walk home from school every day (about 1.2 miles), and I only say not on purpose because I have no choice. other than that I don't really do anything. Occasionally I work for my uncle, who is a landscaper, so that helps keep me in shape.
I climb a lot. I do this at my work, where I have to climb up a few towers every day that are at least 80 feet tall to fix certain pipes and to insulate them. Aside from this, I do 50 pushups every other day, and in the summer, I run to Denny's or IHOP for breakfast, and run back... which is about 4 miles (2 there, 2 back). It's too hard on your lungs in the winter, and the roads are rarely plowed out where I live, so you can easily slip on ice and fall, and you probably won't be found for a day or two.
I dont understand, most of the people are unhealthy at www.gamingforums.com :/
40 situps, 40 push ups 2 times per day and sometimes a mile or so of running. (weather permited). Currenty working up though.
I also eat well.

I mountain bike in the warmer months. It's lots of fun going to the nearby parks. In winter I ski, so it's all good.
I don't really do that much, i lift weights, watch what i eat, and go for a run once a day in the summer.
