Bike rides through my suburb.
I walk half a mile to school on the weekdays, then back home.
I used to do around 150 sit-ups and 40 push-ups every night, along with running a mile, but now I usually just run a mile, and do 30-40 sit-ups and push-ups every once in awhile. I also watch what I eat, and lift weights.
What I do: eat fatty foods.
Shape: round ;)
No, not really. I like to cycle, do hiking, running and like work-out excersises, such as pushups and crunches. I *try* to eat healthy (festive season kills this).
I walk home from school and am trying to improve my shuttle run time. My push-ups need a little more work though.
I'm on my high school wrestling team, which keeps me in really good shape. Two hours of working out six times a week.
No! I'm Spamacus!

I try and run for at least an hour a day, but that can become quite difficult when the roads aren't plowed and there is six inches of snow out, or if the temperature is into negative numbers (Fahrenheit)...
My job used to keep me in shape but since I changed jobs I haven't done much except change my eating habits.
I was hoping to get into snowshoeing this winter but there's not enough snow around yet. :(
When in doubt, gas it!

I run or bike (in the warmer months). Running is pretty good, especially when I ran while it was snowing out two weeks ago. Right into a big puddle of slush, and I kept running with soaked shoes and socks (not to mention it was freezing). I also don't really eat too much, either.
