I have just recently started going to the YMCA to work out a couple of times a week and also swim.
I play cricket a lot with my mates. Keeps me fairly fit. Sometimes I go for a run around the block a few times if im feeling as though I haven't excersised enough lately.
I didn't make it!
I run around 10-15 miles a day, except maybe twice a week when I run 4-8 but I do speed work those days.
I lift weights sometimes and I play basketball.
I take what n0e says way too seriously

TRY watch what i eat...Play Rugby, do Martial Arts, go for walks (school, after school), bike, and swim.......And i still don't have a great body. :p:uhm:
Er, right now, all I do is the required year of gym class. Haha. Next year I'll probably take weights, and I'm hoping for the funds from my father to pay for kick-boxing. No such luck.
I don't play sports though. The only things I'm good at are hockey and football, and Kansas doesn't have a hockey team (one thing I miss of Minnesota), and girls aren't allowed to play football. Meh.
EDIT: But I eat whatever the hell I want. If I'm going to get fat, I want to enjoy doing it.

Mast3rofPuppetsIf any, what do you do to keep in shape (sports, running, going to the gym etc)?
Technically I've never had a problem with keeping slim. Rather, I've had a problem with keeping fat. I don't know whether it's because I'm hyperactive or something, but I don't hold weight at all. In fact I was underweight while I was at high school. To solve that, when I was about 17 I started consuming more protein than Mr. Strong, and joined the gym. I kinda feel sorry for those people who have trouble with fat, as they have to stop eating and go to the gym -- I get to eat loads of stuff instead...
I've been going the gym 3 times a week for about 3 years now. I've only been training strength so needless to say I can't run for shite.
Roughly the same, though I've been going for almost 4 years now. I sometimes go on weekends for an extra day if I have nothing better to do, but it's usually just 3 times a week. And I have been working on stamina as well as strength, as I like to have both handy as I need them a lot for my various other activities.
Hmm, I run 2-6 KM's 3 times a week. I play tennis twice a week and play football once a week. Still I don't look that good, however I'm in no way fat.
I try to do push ups and sit ups. I usually forget though.
i wonder what the best exercise is for your abs? Sit ups?
The best thing that happened to me was the car i was driving the engine went out an rather than fix the car i decided to walk to an from work from March 05 till July i walked 18 miles a week then i rode a bicycle from July till October for the same number of miles. Will continue to walk when wheather is warm. I finally got another vehicle i had around here to working for the winter. The roads around here are up an downhill rather than semi-level.
