i run 3 miles every day and lift weigths every other day . i also keep my metabolism up by eating proteins and whole grains every three to four hours

I see dead people walking around like regular people... Then I run like hell. That tends to keep me in pretty good shape. (That and catching the bus in the morning.)

i dount do much excersize now. im still in good shape. i used to swim 3 hours a day 5 times a week with a half hour of intense abs. then a week in summer i swam for 12 hours and an hour of abs. i still have a six pac. can you guess what sport i play?

What do I do? Nothing relly. I eat whatever I want and do very little:p I weigh about 225lbs and am about 6 foot tall, so I am not obese.

The only real excerise it running up and down the 3 flights of stairs at my school 5 days a week. I occasionaly lift heavy things like Tv's and computers...

Mr. MattTechnically I've never had a problem with keeping slim. Rather, I've had a problem with keeping fat. I don't know whether it's because I'm hyperactive or something, but I don't hold weight at all. In fact I was underweight while I was at high school. To solve that, when I was about 17 I started consuming more protein than Mr. Strong, and joined the gym. I kinda feel sorry for those people who have trouble with fat, as they have to stop eating and go to the gym -- I get to eat loads of stuff instead...

I have a problem with that too, it's rather annoying actually, I can manage to reach 58kg (I'm 175cm) or so if I eat a lot of unhealthy food, but I always loose the weight when I don't care enough to be chewing on something unhealthy all the time, and I don't want to become sick of too much bacon either. The last weeks in the military got me up for a couple of months, mostly sleeping and still eating as much as during the heavier training worked, but nowadays I don't have that kind of time to spend sleeping...

I cycle to university every day, and to the city if I need to get somewhere, approximately only 6 km a day, but I'm too lazy to do any extra workout, except using the stairs instead of elevators and occasionally doing a couple of dozen pushups in the morning. I like being lazy and still not fat, but there is a limit to everything, especially when doing the military service I'd much rather been a little stronger than that lazy before it, but well, it's history and humans don't learn of their mistakes, now do we?:p

I play drums. It works very well. As does my crazy metobolism (sp?). Hehehehehehehe.
