Christmas break. It's timed just right, because it comes at a time that you don't think you can take another day of school without going, then coming directly home and shooting yourself in the face.

And then when you go back you're in a good mood again, and everything's easy again. Stress from finals has been relieved and no one's overly bitchy. Plus, I don't like waking up at 4:30 AM. >

Yeah, I enjoy the relaxing during Christmas Break, too. God knows we need it after those few last weeks of school. I also like how everyone is usually in a good mood around Christmas, and how everyone gets a chance to relax for a little while. And, of course, the presents! :D

I like the feeling/tradition/mood most, I also like meeting the relatives around a big Julbord :yum:. I don't really care much about the presents anymore.

Sh0wdowNFree stuff. Free food.

Christmas owns.

:agreed

The family all meeting up is nice, but ultimately, my mother cooks awesome food, gives it to me for free. Then she showers me with free stuff. How can you be Muslim?!?!

I just love the relaxed atmoshpere at home and around the family.

I really like fresh snow too, it helps put me in the christmas mood. Too bad the last few years it's just been wet around here.

When in doubt, gas it!

The family dinner for sure, being together with the whole Vreeburg family (we never had any family dinner with the Van Der Flier family) is just great. It's all about social contacts. For me it could be on any day actually but hey follow the masses. :p I wouldn't be against a traditional family dinner at any other date though.
