...but just simply find it impossible to do so?

For me it'd probably have to be red meat. I would probably be a lot healthier without it, but it's so goooood.

I quit smoking though, so that was my last big thing to cut. :)

I think I'd say red meat too, in spite of some of my more militant-vegetarian friends' opinions. Maybe smoking? I like it though, it's not something I feel compelled to quit.

Other than that, the crippling social anxiety I could do without.

"NubSmoo"My autism

I would say the same. Granted, I was in a lot of special classes, and even saw a counsellor for a long time, so I can hide my autism effectively well. Even today, there are people who never suspected until I told them. However, if that was not a thing, my life would have been a lot easier, as would job searching.

I wish I could give up vaping and still be contented. Like, I mostly do it to socialise and as a time and attention filler; distraction from anxiety, a break in the work when I get overloaded - that sort of thing. I enjoy it, I get a certain pleasure from it, and it's a hell of a lot better than smoking for you - but it addresses problems I wish I didn't have.

As it happens, I work in a section of industry where almost everyone smokes. So, it doesn't seem particularly likely.

Well, vaping is marginally better than smoking, at least.

The reasons for vaping given there are identical to the reasons for smoking, and I also work in an industry that also promotes smoking, especially when it's busy or high stress, but what I have learned since giving up nicotine is that a lot of the stress is actually caused by the need to go out and take the break and get the "relief" - without the desire to take that vape break in the back of your mind, you never feel the same level of stress as you did, if that makes sense?

It's really not easy to quit, though.

Eating too much meat too often.  Often 300- 400-500 grams per day. I try to buy fish more often but f I'm lucky I do that one a week or a bit less. No meat or fish of any kind happens only a few times per year.  It would probably be more healthy if I had less meat and less often. But it's so damn tasty!

Oh and at times, life.
