I've been at it with modding Fallout 4 again. It's similar to playing the game, except all you're doing is modding the game so that, when the time comes that you decide to play, it's satisfactory to your personal preferences.

For me: mostly games that several years old. I have almost no new games.
"I'd shush her zephyr." ~ Zephyr.
Been spending 99% of my time playing AOE 2 for the past 1.5 years or so. Taking a brief break from it to finish my second Witcher 3 playthrough I started a bit before I started going AOE full-time.
After, I may try to motivate myself to get through the Baldur's gate series and the Dragon Age series. And maybe another round through the KOTOR or Mass Effect series. I made it around halfway through Baldur's gate 1, and hear it's worth sticking through to the second installment. Haven't played Dragon Age. By the time I finish those, CyberPunk 2077 will presumeably be released and will presumably take up a year or two of my singleplayer game time.

Nearly all my game time has been in American Truck Simulator. I quite enjoy relaxing road trips.
Have to admit also been getting back into Fallout 4 this past week or so. I guess it must just be the Fallout 76 buzz.
In terms of online games, Rocket League and PUBG mainly.

I'm playing Rainbow Six Siege. Although, with the launch of the 4th year I sometimes can't enter the game without vpn but still, it's awesome. I've spent already more than 1.5k hours and it's not getting boring.

Deponia: The Complete Journey, with a touch of whatever RTS I feel like that day.
I've been periodically playing the Star Trek: Armada III total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire. That shit's legit. Or at least, it is now that I've tweaked all the ships to my exacting canon specifications.
Fallout 4 and Skyrim never stop. Ever. Just assume I'm playing one of the two at any point in time and you can't go wrong. Most recently it's been Fallout 4. I'm building settlements to look as scrappy as possible, this time.
I recently finished a second playthrough of Mass Effect: Andromeda. It's not as bad as people say. It's not exactly fucking brilliant either, mind you, but it suffered from anti-hype for the most part.
Before I did that, I determined that Red Dead Redemption 2 does, in fact, fucking end at some point. It was touch and go for a while there, but I did eventually manage to finish it. Sort-of. There's still some shit to do, but the main story is over. At one point, about 60 hours in, I was starting to believe that it was being procedurally generated somehow.
I tried to get back into Minecraft yesterday, too. It was pointed out to me that Microsoft released their big huge E3-announced update a while ago and made it freely available to people who already owned it. It was fun for a while, but once I got past the "right, I'm set-up to survive for a while now" phase, I got bored again. I've struggled to get into it again ever since I finished Rockture, my enormous, underwater, Rapture-inspired city, back on the Xbox 360 version.

Is there a way to completely disable Creation Club? Every time Creation Club releases something, SKSE64 breaks, and I cannot even play Skyrim at all until SKSE64 catches up.
I'm having fun playing through a modded KOTOR again. First playthrough in around 7 years. I think that brings my playthrough count to near 10 times. Such a good game. Graphics are outdated, but despite the technological limitations the developers faced back then, the game still has artistic class that puts most modern games to shame.
It's truly the first time in years that I've had to put the game down because it's getting too late rather than because I am too bored to continue playing it.
