Okay, so I normally don't seek help on forums for school... but it's 1AM, and I have 2 other tests to study for, and I'm short on time even with an all-nighter.

So here's the deal: I'm in college-level U.S. History. We have to make a timeline for events leading up to the American Revolution. There are 14 events in all. We have to write paragraphs about each one, and then make the timeline (they aren't in chronological order to begin with -_-). Anyway, that's not the hard part.

The hard part is the creativity. I've got all the paragraphs and all the chronology done. I just need ideas on the creative part. See, I have a huge poster to fill up, and I have absolutely nothing to fill it up with.

The idea is "art or graphics"; i.e. not just a cut-and-paste job. That's about as far as I usually go.

Sooo, uh. Any ideas? This is a group project even though I'm the only one doing it... so this project effects 4 people's grades, and I don't want to do horrible.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Pretty please. I'm desperate. :(

EDIT: I also just realized I'm the only one here, and how utterly useless this is. Never mind!

Neat, except it's white posterboard, so I don't think it'd show up very well. Besides, where would I get that at this time of night?!

You any good at drawing? If so - why not just draw a figurehead (or two) of each of the events?

I thought about that, but it's all done in permanent marker and I'm afraid of fucking it up.

And I'm only so-so at drawing... the only thing I can do is comic-book styles, and even then I have to have a model to draw off of.

I don't want to help you because I suck at history.
