Does anyone know sylvester stallone's work out plan? all i know is sit-ups are good for abs........and push-ups for tricepts and chest....what are some other excercises?

I just run a lot, and I do push ups and MANY forms of ab workouts. I work out all portions of my abs. Most importantly the obliques, but the abs are important too.

Too hard to explain. I suggest googling websites to learn. A lot of them I learned from my coaches though. But the best is the butterfly, if you can find out what that is. It works out the obliques, and the upper and lower abs. After doing so many ab exercizes for just a month, consistantly without taking a week off or whatever, I guarantee you will have rock hard abs. They are the easiest muscle (at least in my body) to tone and chizzle out.

i need some help here too, i really need to work out my bisepts, hints! otherwise sit-ups, push-ups on the knokls (harder), and pull-ups. and i run a lot too
