Well you can't download GTA legally off the internet as far as i can tell. I haveno experience wiht US US shops selling games so i can't give you an advice there. Maybe try www.pricewatch.com and chose gaming (somewhat down the main page)?

if you wait a little while, you can buy it used pretty cheap. also, check ebay. someone may be selling used copies already.
