Ok I forgot to eat once, and it showed the little bar saying I lost some muscle, so then I ate, still lost some muscle, I ate more, still lost muscle, and now I am eating 11 meat stacks a day AND I AM STILL LOsING MUSCLE, AND IM ALMOST OUT OF MUSCLE!!! Help me please
To get muscle you work out, you don't eat to get muscle
Stop eating so much, get your muscles to were you want them, then eat a little bit of meat based foods, not the green, the fat you gain will help buffer, you only need 2 large meals to keep you well balanced for awhile.
8i got that aswell i had full muscle then i never ate for adges then i just lost it all! c :)
Dont eat soo much.Try to have the salad meals,so you wont get fat. Go to the gym to keep urself in shape.
i agree just eat like 1 meal every time you play (thats wat i do ^_^) and work out i mean i go to the gym as much as i can and now my guy can bench 340 without struggling so yea... :0wned:
a meal a day.....i duno about that isnt that a little short of food for cj and he is allowed 11 meals a day
my guys fully muscular..he has around 2-3 meals a day...i always give him the salad meal.
Mine had full muscle and a little bit of fat as I gave him like 2 salad meals and 1 big feast meal every like 1 or 2 days then I went to do the aeroplane and helicopter school missions and when I had done them all I came out with next to nothing muscle ... still haven't got it back yet
salad heals you, meat gives you fat, the fat is good so when you run around you burn the fat and not the muscle.
