One interjection here: If we don't use phrases from the radio, then we are limited to cutscenes and perhaps the character street-talk (really not so much). Considering the average gamer only plays through the story once, there are only a few truly memorable cutscene quotes. However, you listen through the radio at least a dozen times and tend to remember that far more easily than cutscene dialogue. So why stop using radio dialogue? It's just easier, and will keep this game going longer...
