I've got to the bit where you need to open the gates to let the airboat go thru. Been thru the building but don't know how to get the "broken" wheel to turn to open the gates. Any ideas?

You might find there's some barrels that explode on the other side of the gate on a balcony on the right hand side, shoot them and a weight should swing and hit the doors open.

*Sigh* I do wish you lot would keep to JUST THE ONE THREAD FOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS REGARDING HL2 GAMEPLAY!
Cmon people! Start using the spoiler tags also, this is VERY frustrating.
