I recall hearing about a map where you go into a room, push a button and the whole darn place gets nuked cept the person who pushed the button. Know where I could find it?

No, but that kind of map is in Half-Life 1 called On a Rail, where you go into a room and launch a missile infront of you (satellite). That's similiar to Medal of Honor 1 last mission, where you launch the V2-rocket which comes crashing down back to you, killing everyone else. :)

There's such map in Half-Life: Deathmatch, Half-Life Deathmatch: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. First two are called Crossfire, the new one... I don't realy remember, but it has a huge concrete building in the middle of a dried canal.

Ah yes, I didn't think about multiplayer. The other one is dm_runoff, which was released to HL2DM in April 2005.

DM_Crossfire for Half-Life and Half-Life: Source. There are some custom renditions of it for Hl2DM.

DM_Runoff for Half-Life 2: Deathmatch.

EDIT:

It isnt' quite whoever pushes the button. It's sort of a King of the Hill scenario where anyone on the metaphorical 'Hill' (in both cases, the bunkers) survives, enemy or friend.
