Answers for you:
1. Counter strike source comes with Half life 2, the standard retail anyway. Team fortress 2 doesn't but hopefully will be in the near future ;)
2. I've played for a LONG time on Half-life 2 and havn't got any "Super jump" yet..maybe somone who's beat the game will know for sure, but i doubt the game has it anyway.
