I was just exploring on the level: The Armory, and I found a cig underneath a trashcan... After you get tested in your Mark VI and go up the lift with Johnson, don't go in the tram thing, go over to the right of the doors to the lift you got out of, and ram into the trash can, moving it over. In the corner you should see a cig, with smoke still coming from it.
