For the elites on legendary it would have to be the plasma pistol with plasma rifle or smg my favourtie weapon would have to be Brute Shot though
Magnum, Plasma Pistol and Rifle. And the Particle Beam Rifle.

2 Brute plasma rifles pwn. 2 magnums are fun as crap, and my fav 2 handed weapon is also the brute shot, i don't know what i use more, the projectile or melee attack on it...
Yeah, that thing can pack a whallop.
Having 2 magnums is bloody good and fun to use. But my favourite weapon is the Covenant Carbine, it is so accurate and it just kicks ass!
My personal favorite would be double-fisted plasma rifles. I am unstoppable with that combo, closely followed by the Carbine and dual Needlers.
you mean dual weilding not double fisting. I like the Battle Rifle and the Plasma Pistol. Now.
