My personal favourite. It reveals so much about relations between Spartans. What's your opinion on this book?

i just finished it and i found it to be pretty interesting because you got to see more about how the spartans worked together and i learned a bit more about the forunners and covies than in any of the other books.

To me, this book has the most emotions. Even though it's obvious Spartans don't let it be seen but as you read, you know how they all felt. Especially after Grace's death and finding Linda.

It surprised me too, by all accounts she should have been dead. Then again...born twice to fight

She was comatose and put in cryo until they reached any facility that would allow repairs to her damaged organs. Even in that century, you can't revive the dead..They wouldn't have put her in cryo so fast if she was dead and there was no chance of repairing the damage

Dead is a loose term, it can mean metaphorically or literally, you never know which it is in any book unless it actually described general failure of all organs and...whatnot...She might have been dead but her brain must have retained some low-level functions, otherwise braincells would start to deteriorate in seconds and damage to braincells is always irreversible.

True... john seemed pretty happy to have her back. and man, when she was hangin from that cable in the unyielding hiophant (or however you spell it) that was some serious snipeing.
