That didnt help at all. That just says how to make vehicles. The vehicles I downloaded are already made and textured. I just want to put them in an existing map. Why cant adding mods to Halo CE be simple? Stupid Bungie...

To install them you put them in the right tags file in your Halo custom edition file after you've installed HEK (Halo Editing Kit). And to use them you need to A)Make a map and put the tags in it. B)Get the maker of the vehicle tags permission to use them.

Technically it is, but some sites just don't care, because Bungie and Microsoft don't care. If they cared, they'd have had sites like that shut down by now.

*sighs* First, model a map using something like 3ds max or GMAX two, export it using the bliz exporter *found on halomaps.org* three, save as senorieo in tool four, open in sapein *part of HEK* five, make sure the vehicle folder is in the vehicle tag folder, then rename the file(s) as one of the six vehicles six, use sapein to add vehicles, teleports, ect. ect. *it is like sparkedit for HCE* seven, save and open in tool 8, compile 9, play
