every time I try to compile a model on tool it says the tool can't be found thing it always says, and then says process complete, with no text in the middle, and it won't compile my models. it seems to do every thing else ok.
Hm... probably because you're not setting up the folders right.
Example, I want to tool an assault rifle model I made, in the folder "dp444\weapons\assaultrifle" Inside the "assaultrifle" folder, I would make a new folder called "models". I would place the .jms inside the "models" folder.
In tool, I would type: tool model dp444\weapons\assaultrifle
Note how I did not type "dp444\weapons\assaultrifle\models"
Tool is wired to detect the "models" folder and compile whatever's inside that folder.
it was a scenery tag, so I made a scenery folder in data, then the Human_Temp_base(name of scenery) folder, then a model folder, physics folder, and bitmaps folder. then in tool I typed "tool models scenery\human_temp_base human_temp_base."
It's tool MODEL, singular
Also, take out the second human temp base.
Also, no period at the end.
oh there was no period at the end, just forcive habbit.
