Does anyone know how to set the game "timer/score amount" in HaloTrial. My objective is to have a game that does not time out or stop when the maximum flags have been caputred. Thanks in advance.

You cant. You wouldnt want to create a game that goes on infinitely, would you? Whats the fun in that. And besides, you cant make anything that changes the timer/score amount. For that you would need custom gametypes from Halo PC full version, which is illegal if you do not legally own Halo full version.

To reiterate, I've seen it done in Halo Trial, and yes, a game that goes on indefinitely eliminates the issue of the host having to monitor the game and reset it every so often (whatever the timer is set to, set flags have been captured, maximum kills have been met) in that way the game can continue and the players can shoot and kill to their hearts content. And if then you ARE correct and one cant modify the timer, is there a way to have the game "restart" automatically when the game times out or the maximum amount of flags (CTF) or kills (SLAYER) have been reached?

I want to thank all of you who replied to my post "HaloTrial how does one set the game timer" for your opinions and suggestions. After much research I have stumbled over a small application that allows one to recieve the results I was seeking in my original post regarding "custom game types". As the legality of this application is in question, I will not post a link to or make available a donwloadable file. However if you require something like this tool, I will say, Google it, read thru the posts, check out other gaming sites, most of all do your homework, your perseverancewill be rewarded.

Thanks fella's for the info, it's appreciated, and as for the other gentlemen who said it cant be done, I'm not of that mind set, I believe anything can be done if one works hard enough at it! .............try and fail, try and fail, the only time you really fail is when you give up trying!

Oh yea I forgot about that host tool. I use it too. Thing was, I didnt mention it cause it looks and seems like its ripped.

Spoiler: Show
Its called Halo Trial Host Tool v2. However, it covers the following:- No Betrayal No Flag Score No Timer No Shees No Vehicles No Team Switching No Heavy Weapons.

P.S.- Lol, I would like to see one in which u can change all options.
